Cartridge Dust Collector

A cartridge dust collector is a type of dust collector that uses specialized filter cartridges to remove dust and other contaminants from the air. The filter cartridges are typically made from high-efficiency materials such as pleated polyester or fiberglass. These materials allow for high dust holding capacity, making cartridge dust collectors ideal for applications with medium to high dust loads.

The system operates by drawing in contaminated air through the intake system, where it passes through the filter cartridges. As the air flows through these filters, dust and particulate matter are captured on the surface of the cartridges. Once the particles are trapped, the filtered air is then released back into the environment or to the building’s ventilation system.
